Came across Roomtery on Pinterest Came across Roomtery on Pinterest and thought wow what a cool company until I got on TikTok and found out that the products I bought from them weren't actually FROM them ! Everything they post is from other creators and all of their products can found on other websites for less. Would never buy from them again.

This is a scam This is a scam. The items I was delivered were very different in terms of quality than what was pictured on the website. Like completely different. I bought a heart shaped mirror for $24 and was expecting it to be high quality. I am sorely disappointed with how cheaply made it was. I could have bought it for $1.25 at the dollar store.

Takes longer than expected They screwed up the delivery so it took like 3 weeks. But in general, the product quality and customer service is ok.

Artwork Thieves - Do not give them your money Art Thieves. They steal images from small artists’ websites and pass them off as theirs. Artist gets ripped off and customer gets something different from the original Disgusting, immoral behaviour. Edit: I see in another negative review complaining about the same thing, you replied your artists are on other sites and it’s an “open market” and “competition”. They’re not “your artists” you’ve simply taken images from places like Etsy and reposted them as though they are yours. You are vile, dishonest and deceitful! I hope karma catches up with you very soon. I notice you didn’t add a contact email to your response. You know what you are doing, you know it’s wrong. STOP IT! I will make the other artists aware and they will inundate you with reviews! This is your first and only warning. Stop stealing, take ALL the stolen artwork off your site or face the consequences.

Roomtery customer service has exceeded… Roomtery customer service has exceeded my expectations. I was accidentally sent the wrong color of a mirror I ordered. I contacted customer service via email and was assisted by Mark. He was able to quickly verify that I was indeed sent the wrong color and is sending me the corrected order and not requiring me to send back the inaccurate order (one less errand to run!) I was surprised and grateful for the promptness and understanding.
