This is my first business loan, the process was simplified with all communication being electronic, documents able to be uploaded to their portal with clear concise instructions. The only things that kept me from giving this experience a five star rating was that I had to load some documents more than once and I expected the process to be a little faster (24hours) I also expected to be presented with more than one loan offer. Overall I’m satisfied with the process and service I received.
