GBI tried to sign up yesterday I tried to sign up yesterday, but, it would not let me choose every 6 months, it kept going to “once a month” as a default. I tried three times then gave up. Today it seemed to work. Looking forward to not having to remember if I changed filter or not

GBAmazing customer service!!! Great customer service! My filters arrived crushed and unusable. I received a quick and friendly reply from a customer service rep. Within a couple days. I had brand new ones show up at my door.

GBAwesome service & concept. Awesome service & concept. I forget to change my filters. I try and buy 3 packs at the box stores and they end up getting beat up sitting in the garage waiting to be installed. I went to FilterTime. Setup my preference in 5 min and received my filters 3 days later. Got them swapped out. Now whenever they arrive I repeat the process. I found the pricing to be on par with what I was paying per filter at the box stores and was impressed with the quality when they arrived. Brilliant idea with good execution. Highly recommended!
