The dispatch coordinator was wonderfully helpful, polite and miraculously got our house on an incredibly overbooked schedule on Christmas Eve. Anil was professional, thorough and despite needing a part enabled a switch that would last until the new part comes in.

I have maintenance Contract also with AVS for past 7 years and they have done some work at no charge even though it was not covered by maintenance agreement.
