GBTerrible customer Service Terrible customer Service. Shipping charges are ridiculous. Shipping charges are shown as a mandatory item with no choice offered. They lie about that. Service Reps aree liars that make product offers substitution offers they don't carry through on. I would never trust them and will never do business with them. They lie about offering lower shipping charges. The item comes up on the web page with shipping charges assigned to the purchase. If other options were available they are well hidden and were never offered until I complained. These people are so dishonest. stay away from them.

GBMy most recent experienoe with Solar Biz offered prompt and superior service My most recent experience with Solar Biz was in mid-Sept when I bought a replacement deionizer cartridge for a system that Solar Biz helped me install in approx. 2018. During that process I recieved multiple phone consultations with their solar engineer which was extremely helpful. I wanted to give them a 5-star review at the time but couldn't figure out how. Mostly, the cartridge replacement was done online but got a phone call stating price had increased in a prompt way that was necessary if I am to keep my batteries watered.

GBGreat customer service and communication We are repeat customers because of the great service. This time there was an issue with the website so I called the company. I had to leave a message. I received a call back in a short time, maybe a couple of hours. After reporting the issue with the website I got my item ordered. I received shipping notification later that evening. They also followed up with questions about the website after speaking with their tech support. SolarBiz wants happy customers and they show it. Once again, you have made this customer happy and intent on continuing our business relationship.
