scam - will not ship or refund your system This company is a scam. You place an order and you'll get an email from what is clearly a fake alias saying there are shipping complications with your order. They will keep making excuses about your order to try and wait you out for months so you can't file a chargeback. The order never shipped and I had to open a chargeback after waiting over a month for my order. The seller did not refund me. After 7 weeks now I finally got my money back and only because I filed a chargeback dispute. This is a fake company that is setup as a llc to try and scam people out of money.

USVery helpful client support. Came through when I needed help. So quiet and efficient. I purchased two Pioneer cooling systems for our server room. Great company. I damaged one of the Freon lines during install of one of the units and support was great getting me a replacement at a discounted price which they didn’t need to do but shows their commitment to their clients and product.

USGood service This was my first time buying an air conditioning system. I didnt spend alot of time researching as our ac went out and we needed a replacement ASAP. We told Jonathan what we needed and he got it to us asap, we paid extra for shipping to Alaska. We've had a great experience, if we need another system in the future will definitely be back.
