Good email communication, wrong product and shipping delays Order was delayed several days due to shipping system problems. When order arrived, it was the wrong wallet (order was confirmed as AirTag product but wallet shipped was standard). On the positive side, communication via email was fast and responsive to inquiries.

Tracking info would help! I love that the products are easy to purchase on the website. No hidden links or fees. Straightforward checkout process and a great product. I just wish tracking info was provided when the item ships! We’re crew members that aren’t always sitting at home and would love to know when our Aviator Pro II will arrive!

9/10 Would recommend As someone who’s constantly misplacing things, keeping all my docs in one place that I can attach an AirTag to is an excellent solution. Looks good, lots of utility, and fits in the pocket of my blazer. I only wish that the passport sleeve was on the left hand fold instead of in the center; it would make showing your ID a little bit easier without having to unfold the entire wallet
