I had a good experience I had a good experience. Although the cut of the coat was tighter than i thought so i would suggest the next size up when ordering or maybe just that jacket fits that way? Anyway, the sizes may rin smaller than average but a nice coat overall. Looks quality and stylish. My delivery time was perfect less than 2 weeks.

If I could give less than 1 star… Giving one star is the lowest you are able to rate. If I could, I'd have given zero. I ordered a jacket in January of 2023. I was informed it would take longer than originally expected(2 weeks instead of 8 days). I said no worries. The first 3 months after the order was placed I received excuse after excuse as to why it hadn't shipped yet. After that they stopped corresponding. I've had no communication from them at all. I also have no jacket. The company is awful. It's a scam.

The same soft fabric also lines the neck so the leather doesn't stick or cause your neck to sweat like with other leather and -leather jackets where the material touches your skin.

Runs Perfectly Runs Perfectly Great Quality, Nice Feel Jacket, unfortunately a 3X was too Small. I'm 6'2"" and 275 Pounds and usually a 3X is a good fit, however this jacket is tight in the sleeves and unless you have thin hips it won't fit. However, the customer support got me the exchange jacket in no time at all and even refunded my shipping money when the policy said I had to pay for it. Excellent experience!

Still waiting for delivery after weeks of assurances it is on the way Customer service promised delivery weeks ago. Shipping information still says it hasnt even been shipped. Followed up several times asking for updates after it was promised again a week ago. Now not even getting a response to requests for updates. Will be contacting my credit card to report I have been scammed if I dont hear from customer service soon or receive the item ordered almost 2 months ago. Not using this merchant ever again.
