Trevor who is the owner took the time to personally answer all questions I had. The personal touch in customer service allowed me to make what I feel was a great buying decision. When I received my custom caiman belt it exceeded expectations, the craftsmanship of the buckle was outstanding! I have since purchased a second caiman belt along with a custom buckle. I was a little nervous to the quality of the product and how it would fit. But the customer service I received blew my mind. After several emails back and forth, I knew it would be perfect. Since then, I’ve made many more orders. I’m convinced if it wasn’t for corporate sponsors controlling every aspect of pro golfers attire, 59 belts would be on every golfer on tour.
