GBBAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I ordered 2 stretch braided belts (identical to the one I already own, just different color) in size M 34-36. When they arrived it was obvious that they were mis-labeled & actually were closer to a size L 40+. I sent them back via Wal-Mart. Now I'm being charged a return shipping fee for their mis-labeled product. On-line customer chat choose to ignore my request for assistance & closed that chat conversation w?o any assistance. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I'd give no stars if possible.

GBExcellent Quality & Service Excellent quality belts at a great price & fast service. We purchased 3 for my hubby as his two dress belts were both falling apart, and we added the casual w/removable buckle to interchange w/another similar. We are also impressed w/your company's principles, commitment and charitable contributions. We will purchase again, especially since you offer more items than just belts! P.S. Pay attention to the suggestion to upsize - we did and it's perfect.

GBDanbury is exceptional quality. I purchased this Danbury belt to replace the one that I had previously gotten from Dockers. While they looked exactly alike, it is quite obvious that the quality of the Danbury belt is by far the better belt.
