The two hats that I purchased seem to… The two hats that I purchased seem to not have great support. I mean that the sides and back of the hats collapse and do not stand up.

Great selection of hats! Great selection of hats! It was hard to settle on one and once I did and purchased one, the hat was shipped really fast. I got in just a few days.

Mostly good Mostly I had a good experience… Got a call from a customer service person right after I ordered, but it felt very informal. Got the jacket when they said I would… I did not get the discount they said I would for the first order from them; it went from $279.00 to $270.00, but the site said I would get a $20 discount and the customer service person said he would make sure I got it… the jacket fit well and for the most part is good quality, but based on my 5 other leather coats, it feels a little light weight. The person I bought it for liked the coat.
