Have emailed the vendor multiple occasions for a status update, received replies stating the order would be shipped soon and they would send my tracking information in a few days. That never happened. Upon one of the recent email follow-ups I sent, they replied stating the item.has been shipped, yet did not give me the tracking information. I asked for a reason why this order is taking such an unreasonable amount of time to be delivered, but no response. I have notified them by email to provide the tracking information for my order. If I again receive no response nor my item, I will take the legal measures against this company. Warning to consumers: avoid making any purchases from this company. [UPDATE]: Finally received order but item was not correct. Received item that was not the product that was advertised or that I selected. Contacted Seller again via email to notify that I want my full refund and to be provided the steps for returning the item. They attempted to negotiate stating that would provide a 40% refund if I kept the item. I replied with declination of the offer due to not wanting the incorrect item, and that I was needing the steps for returning the item to get my money back. Making a purchase from this seller was a huge mistake. Many red flags after the initial purchase. Consumers beware.
