What arrived is a dark navy full length trench coat 43" it's down to my ankles!!! I've emailed them to tell them they have sent me the wrong coat numerous times, and not had any response do not buy from them!!!

Sent customer service an email and they offered options for a refund. After than everything went radio silence. Haven’t had a response emailing weekly for two months. Leaving me $150 short with a useless jacket. Would not recommend. Also the website will not let me review the product giving an error code. Order 4076

They are a scam They are a scam, took an order more than a month ago for a coat and have twice promised it would be shipped but it still hasn’t. They don’t respond to emails and their Custer service line doesn’t get answered and has no way to leave a message.
