My item was horrible and I got no response from company. Can I give it negative stars? My item was horribly made. Very out of proportion to the human body. The lining material was black for a white jacket and was heavy thick and inapprorpriate material for a lining. The elastic material at cuffs and bottom was poorly stitched, rippled, and it was almost impossible to put on. The item is not wearable. I contacted the company at every email address I could find and called on the phone with all the details and I got NO response. I think this company is a SCAM. It took a long time to get my order because it came from Pakistan. I wish I had read all the negative reviews before ordering. And the item WAS NOT cheap! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

They are a scam They are a scam, took an order more than a month ago for a coat and have twice promised it would be shipped but it still hasn’t. They don’t respond to emails and their Custer service line doesn’t get answered and has no way to leave a message.

I ordered a jacket for my son as a… I ordered a jacket for my son as a Christmas gift. Even though the shipping was late we were excited to get it. As soon as it was unfolded one of the buckles fell off but we were able to re attach it easily. It's well made material however it didn't fit, it was just a little too tight for my son. I requested that we be able to return the jacket and exchange it for a larger size and was told that it would be too expensive for me to return it and that instead I should just keep it and the company would give me a whole $20 to use for something else(the jacket cost $140). How does that benefit me? I've had nothing but issues with communication and this company standing up to what they advertise as their policy. I will be reporting them to the BBB. I've noticed that they get to approve the reviews made on their products which means the public only sees what they want them to see.

Be careful with this company Be careful with this company. I ordered a jacket for my grandson. They do not respond to emails or calls. Phone was a NY phone with no ID. Company says based in Texas. After I put a fraud alert on my credit card I got an email saying my order was processed. This was 18 days after I ordered. The jacket was made in Pakistan, went to Dubai and then to Italy before it arrived. Jacket is okay - a nylon parka that's a reproduction. I overpaid. I would never do this again.
