My storage ottoman came in yesterday… My storage ottoman came in yesterday just as I was told it would. I was crossing my fingers as I opened the box praying it would be as I expected it to be. I was so happy first about the cowhide leather. It was good quality leather and matched my family room perfect. Then it was built so well....so sturdy and stable - I tried to "rock" it when I was seated!!! It did not budge. The seat is firm but super comfortable. It was worth all the wait and of course, the price and the risk of not seeing what I was buying.

Very beautiful quality that adds a lot… Very beautiful quality that adds a lot to our mountain home decor. Seller sent leather samples which helped us make color decision. Nailheads look great. Delivery was tractor trailer which we can't get up the mountain but communication was good and we were able to set up a location to meet. All that went very smoothly.
