USGood plant preparation for shipping The USPS took 10 days to deliver the box of plants shipped by Bluestone and I was afraid that they would be dead when they arrived. They were a little wilted and dry, but I put them in my plant nursery and it looks like they will all survive to be planted in my garden. They were obviously well conditioned and packed before shipping.

USA critical remark I was surprised at the size of the plant material I received. It was smaller than I anticipated. I did read the description and knew pot size. However, the plant material itself was smaller than I thought it would be the two items are both perennial and I am hoping they will perform well That remains to be seen

USHearty little plants! All 5 plants arrived alive. A few days after I planted them it unexpectedly went down to freezing overnight, but everything made it! I was worried about one of the chrysanthemums because it had the fewest leaves, but 2 weeks on all 5 plants are doing well.

USPerfect packaging Coincidentally my daughter sent me Bluestone Perennials for Mother's Day, and I ordered plants for myself. The method used to package insured their arrival in perfect shape: not a leaf bent or broken. They are planted and look healthy.

USA Happy Return Customer I just received a massive order from Ɓluesrone Perenn8als - over 50 plants. They arrived so healthy and well- packed that there was no soil loss or trauma from the shipping. Customer service is also very prompt, answering my questions and replacing any plant that, unfortunately, dies in the very first season. I'm a very happy return customer, having bought from them off and on for the past twenty years. Be warned, though, that their plants are pretty expensive unless you buy them on sale. If there's one tiny peeve, it's the shipping cost; I paid $100 for shipping and couldn't help but think how many more plants i could have bought with that money. :)
