GBA Happy Return Customer I just received a massive order from Ɓluesrone Perenn8als - over 50 plants. They arrived so healthy and well- packed that there was no soil loss or trauma from the shipping. Customer service is also very prompt, answering my questions and replacing any plant that, unfortunately, dies in the very first season. I'm a very happy return customer, having bought from them off and on for the past twenty years. Be warned, though, that their plants are pretty expensive unless you buy them on sale. If there's one tiny peeve, it's the shipping cost; I paid $100 for shipping and couldn't help but think how many more plants i could have bought with that money. :)

GBYou MUST give Bluestone a try! I have never purchased plants via mail before Bluestone. I am so impressed with their plantable packaging and the shipping packaging and their GUARANTEE! I had four of my plants not make it thru winter this year and they are so kind when I email asking for replacements. I have purchased this year for both my daughters and myself. I am very happy with this company! ❤️

GBOutstanding Nursery. The plants were large and well- grown… The plants were large and well- grown in the peat pots, ready to slip into the ground with no waste. The carton in which they were packed was well-designed to ensure their traveling without damage or loss of soil. Bluestone is dedicated to the best customer experience.

GBMy new Shade Garden Order was for Shade Garden-24 plants of 20 varieties. Plants arrived in excellent condition. I followed recommendation to open boxes immediately and water plants that night for planting the following morning. I used the Shade Garden planting layout. It was time consuming to figure out which plants were A, B, C etc. I loved the ease of planting in the biodegradable pots.

GBGood plant preparation for shipping The USPS took 10 days to deliver the box of plants shipped by Bluestone and I was afraid that they would be dead when they arrived. They were a little wilted and dry, but I put them in my plant nursery and it looks like they will all survive to be planted in my garden. They were obviously well conditioned and packed before shipping.
