Best Customer Service & Bulbs Selection EVER As a professional garden designer and business owner since 2007 in the State of Georgia, I order hundreds bulbs every season for my clients - and I'm very particular about which tulips I use in my color palettes. This year, I was running way behind schedule and didn't place my order until Oct. 5. Fortunately, Tulips.com had all my favorite tulips in stock (first time ordering here) - but here's what I REALLY appreciated. I called the office, spoke to Marsha, explained that I needed my bulbs before the end of the month so I could sort them for installations - and I'm on the other side of the country. I received a phone call from Marsha today that my bulbs are on their way TODAY. In all my years of ordering bulbs, I've never encountered everything in once place: excellent tulip selection, great pricing, and outstanding customer service. I will be ordering AGAIN. Thank you!

Love their bulbs and flowers. I first looked at the catalog to see pictures and descriptions of the flowers I wanted to plant in my garden. Unfortunately not all flower descriptions show the height of the flowers. If I must go to the website for information why send me a catalog! Just send me a postcard saying it is time to order. Ordering from the website is VERY easy.

Suggestions: Suggestions: 1) contrast too low in some buttons on checkout pages; could not read 2) spell check in search should not change tulip name to common word 3) wanted to select shorter tulips, had to look up each description, suggest search by height, (E,M,L), color, etc

Sending tulips was something that I could do to share love with my grandmother from across the country. My grandmother recently passed on and I got to order flowers for her one last time for her life celebration.
