GBBakes and cooks beautifully Bakes and cooks beautifully. I didn't even need to add foil protection for my pie crusts! Looks good on the counter, and love that it doesn't get hot to the touch on the exterior. The pans are first-rate and amazingly non-stick and sturdy. There is a learning curve on how to best use the programs and recipes... but even using it "dumb" its been great. Our first thermometer didn't work, but they quickly responded and had another one sent to us right away. Customer service has been excellent thus far.

GBReceived my June 12/31/22 worked great… Received my June 12/31/22 worked great for couple weeks and motherboard went haywire. June sent me a replaement on 2/4/23 no questions asked. We absolutely love our new oven. Great for roast and chicken using the thermometer. Perfect every time. Great product so far. Thanks

GBNot dependable and it will break. We purchased the original Gen 1 oven through the kickstarter campaign. We love the oven when it works. But that’s the thing. It breaks all the time. We’ve received 3 ovens since the original purchase because it breaks consistently every 2 years. You spend $1000’s on oven that just keep on breaking. We are now out of warranty and the only option we have is to pay $450 for a replacement with a 60 day warranty. If you buy this keep in mind you will have to buy a new one every few years. Look elsewhere.
