I ordered two fantastic plates for my parents for Christmas 2021 (the Square Plate Country Donkey Ride and the Square Plate Serenade) and despite me being really late to order them, Artemest hurried and got them delivered on time! Beautiful and excellent craftsmanship Beautiful, unique, delicate product! We bought the espresso cups as a memory of our visit to Rome because the apartment where we stayed (Rocco Forte, near the Spanish Steps) had these and more as their dishes and cups. The purchase was extremely well wrapped to avoid damage and arrived at our California home timely and without damage. We are displaying them on our bookshelves along with other memorabilia from our other European trips. Very nice! I highly recommend. And, customer service is excellent and responsive. Order without fear!

This kettle literally broke open… This kettle literally broke open completely while heating water on the stove. Second time I used it. Only solace is it didn’t spill on me (or my kids). Seriously questionable construction as well. The handle is poorly attached and feels like it could break off at any moment. The opening is kept closed by a walnut plug who silicone gasket failed to plug the hole and became loose and detached upon first use. I’d like a refund honestly, and I never ask for this kind of thing.
