I moved Twice in the last Two Years which I would Never Recommend and they recommended online how to pack and care for your Mixtiles so, I followed instruction but somehow on the other side maybe to hot in garage but about 30 of my tiles were not reusable. I called Mixtiles they said No problem and sent me 30 new strips for my tiles. I bought during half off Sale so I spent Sum Major bucks $$$ because that was a Deal. Long story short moved back and went to reuse tiles again about 100 of my tiles are not able to be reused but I messaged with Gerardo with Mixtiles who btw messaged very promptly and took care of my issue and sent me new strips 100 of them. I am creating a family photo wall for… I am creating a family photo wall for my mother. I was reluctant to use an online company so I chose Mixtiles and initially only ordered a few pictures. Mixtiles communicated well throughout the process. The picture quality was amazing. There was a quick turnaround and the pictures were packaged well. I have since made and received 4 more orders and remain impressed with Mixtiles.

Mostly good experience I had to place 2 different orders because I couldn't order framed and also unframed on the same order. That alone was annoying. But then I only received 1 of those orders. To be fair that would be the fault of the delivery service. I contacted them and they couldn't resend the order in the time I needed it so they gave me a refund.
