The customer service team was incredibly helpful, providing links to all of the needed products and videos that walked through the replacement process. They also offered a 10% discount, which was very nice to receive. The replacement process was straightforward, and now we have sparkling clean water again.

GBOrder placed online, very close to perfect! Order placed online, communication and shipping very timely. The kit is functional, has clear instructions and is accurate. Testing on a softener output with 28 grain supply water/1 grain output as compared to a much more expensive master water test kit. This kit would be a much better value if it contained a 10ml test vial and the plastic test kit case included room for the vial. As it stands it is one of the best priced kits on the market for direct consumer order but needs that little extra value stretch to be the value leader. I would buy again and do recommend to others.
