GBOriginal shipment was lost by carrier Original shipment was lost by carrier. I was given a full refund and reordered the product which I received. Several weeks later I received the original order. When I informed them of this and asked for return packaging, they told me to keep the item and thanked me for my business. Each representative was very courteous and helpful! I will definitely purchase from them again.
