Liked tracking app... I liked the email reminders and delivery tracking app alerting me when item arrived. I greeted the deliverers at the door of my building and led them to my apartment. The item was packaged well and was undamaged. Very very happy with my selection.

Article doesn’t stand behind its products I ordered the Caliope Natural Dining Table for my patio last year. After 4 months in the Michigan summer/fall weather, and being stored indoors during the winter, the tabletop slats have warped terribly such that you can’t even have a plate on them without it wobbling. The finish has also worn off in places and looks awful. When I reached out to customer service with my concerns, they said this is normal wear and tear and that they can do nothing about it. That was NOT disclosed when I bought it. So I wasted over $800 on this table and only got one season out of it. Do not buy anything from Article. They do not stand behind their products and don’t care about their customers.

The Planter is very pretty and unique… The Planter is very pretty and unique although I purchased it for live plants because of its different vessels and because under description features it stated Drainage Hole which is extremely important for my types of plants. After inspection of the Planter there is No drainage hole anywhere. This is a very deep Planter and it is the small one of the two. Extremely disappointed because I cannot use it for the Hoya's I had just spent $129 on for this planter.

The delivery staff is extremely… The delivery staff is extremely helpful, they had called twice before arrival and help assembled 3 pieces of furnitures and set them up! They are efficient, courteous and excellent!
