I'm waiting for a return postage… I'm waiting for a return postage sticker to return the item. The item was incomplete and wrong and I want a refund and return postage so I can send it back. Very disappointed in your service.

Terrible dishonest service - money lost and no delivery Terrible service - ordered 2 items for a pet cremation and paid upgraded fast postage - one arrived, one didn't. They told me it was lost in the system even though Royal Mail tracking showed they had not even given the parcel to Royal Mail! They then said as a 'goodwill gesture' they would ship it out next day again - a week later no canvas 2 weeks after purchase! Very dishonest - I emailed asking for refund on the item and extra postage paid and they are basically ignoring me! They'll pocket your money and not deliver, take away your rights to a refund by shipping out another which doesn't arrive either!

Accurate, Good Quality, Fast The custom piece was accurate and looks as pictured. The process doe creating was fun because I could see how the product would look with my customization. The quality is good, but a bit pricey. The completion and shipping time were very quick. I hope that this will be a a meaningful piece for a special milestone birthday. I would definitely recommend and use Chatterboxwalls again.

Picture/Poem on Canvas The quality of the printing was excellent! Very happy with the picture and the poem printing. However, because the picture was covered with plastic rather than glass, there was some indentation that happened to the canvas via transporting, I'm sure. So, this was probably the handling of the piece after it left Chatterbox. This is the second time I have used your company and I will definitely do so again! Thank You!

SECOND PURCHASE This is my second purchase and as expected it all went perfectly and my print was perfect. I love this company because as well as being able to make all types of homely product’s,the potential to create really exceptional gifts for those who really matter in your life almost knows no bounds.If I was to have a small gripe I personally would like to see maybe another 2or3 more frame designs. I know I can always get the print and take it to a framers;it’s just nice to get it all done in one go.Keep up the good work guys’n’gals.👏👏👏
