I placed an order for several doors… I placed an order for several doors that I needed desperately, in order to complete my project for a final inspection with the building department. Custom built Doors is going through an expansion and had stated that their normal production and shipping times could not be met. I discussed my situation with their sales department, and they helped me to get my doors, in a few weeks. The cabinet doors are beautiful The cabinet doors are beautiful. Well made with quality products. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they did not deliver my rush order on time. I had to follow up to get it moving along. They sincerely apologized, refunded the extra money I paid to rush it and got it out that day. Everyone makes a mistake now and then and they really tried to make up for it.
