Good result despite error in inventory There was an error in the inventory and I did not get what was pictured online, but it was a surprise to US Flag as well. They managed the return perfectly and I hope to get the correct product at some point in the future.

This company is GREAT to deal with and I have several times.I love their polyester 12"x 18" stick flags.I buy the one sided ones but these flags last much,much longer on Veterans graves than the polycotton ones.I bought a couple of their 6' flag & pole kits and they are cheaper than anywhere else and the flag is better quality.

7ft spinner white aluminum flagpole I purchased the 7ft spinner white aluminum flagpole and mounting bracket. It has been mounted on my house for about a month weathering some high winds. During this time the flag has never tangled or wrapped around the pole due to the design of pole and flag attachment. I have another flag and pole from another source that has to be daily untangled. I am now considering replacing the inferior product with purchase of a second 7ft spinner white aluminum flagpole.

My replacement flag I purchased this flag to replace one that I had for years. My previous flag was of heavy-duty cotton, and had lasted well for years. I wanted another just like it, not a thin polyester. The flag I received is a much thinner fabric, you can see through it as it hangs in the sun. I didn't realize a heavy-duty cotton flag would be so hard to find. This flag has all the construction details, triple-stitched seam and borders, embroidered stars, just not the heavy-weight fabric I was looking for.
