GBDisappointing I have found several items priced cheaper. My umbrella with solar lights does not say lit for more than four hours. The worst part of all is customer has to pay the shipping if you need to return an item & this is the main reason I will not make another purchase.

GBVery pleased w/raised garden beds Very pleased with the products that I have received. 5 stars for products. 16 raised garden beds and 1 bird feeder station. -1 star Only was one item was missing and customer service thought giving me a refund would be the solution. I WANTED the missing item...so, wasted a week trying to communicate that I just wanted the item. Ended up self-servicing...and ordered a replacement on my own. Now, to monitor my credit card statement for the refund of the missing/not shipped/not received item.

GBHad purchased a recliner from BCP Had purchased a recliner from BCP, for $400 a little over 2 years ago. It started to fall apart and ball bearings were falling out on the floor. The chair was unsafe. Called BCP and told them and they said it was beyond the 90 day return policy. I was looking at other chairs and picked one. It is so uncomfortable, I doubt I will be buying from them for quite a while and this one cost me $200. If I could have found a descent one in my area I would have purchased that ..
