One of the items was on back order and I asked if I could have the other things which were in stock, straight away. They sent them immediately and will not charge me any more for shipping. Dealing within Australia is much harder than this in my experience. I am thrilled with my purchase and will not hesitate to use or recommend Royal Design in future.
