The directions for your flag package or… The directions for your flag package or not accurate. They try to make one set of directions fit all their configurations. So consequently the assembly is more complicated than necessary. Also, I have now made two purchases with flags.com. however the 10% discount offer doesn't come to you until after you've made your purchase. So I'm out over $200 of product and receive no discount.

Great Service, Great Flags! I have been ordering U.S. Flags from flags.com for several years and have had no problems at all. The flags are of perfect quality since they are a U.S. made flag. They have a quality product and very professional staff. My only interaction with the staff was an error on my part, I ordered the same flag twice in error, and they deleted the duplicate immediately, since I had already had completed the order.
