Amazing service Amazing service - glasses arrived safely - 2 crystal glasses arrived safely by post. That's how well they were packed. Had to contact them to clarify something - great service and very helpful. i used them because i had accidentally broken my wife's favourite glass, her only glass - due to me breaking the other one a year earlier. I wouldn't hesitate to use these again - though if i do, it probably means i have broken something else :-)
