Happy gardener! I ordered three astrantia, one of the bare roots looked desiccated, but might live, another bag had two bare roots in it. Ordering plants online is a bit of a lottery, sometimes you're lucky, sometimes you're not! In any case bare root starts do take a few years to grow to maturity. I'm happy with my purchase and can't wait to see what aatrantia looks like, I've never had any before!

Felt lucky, as some of my packs of 2 dahlia tubers came with some extra single tubes stragglers that had sprouts on top!
