GBI requested a cancellation when I… I requested a cancellation when I forgot to enter the gifts address. I cancelled and reordered with a new recipient's address but you cancelled the wrong order! even so, they were nice and responded kindly. I wish I could speak to someone however.

GBCool company with a cool product but... Cool company with a cool product. But I came back as a 2nd time customer and they wouldn't allow me to use a discount code on a second order. I had to use my other email once I finally realized that was their hold up. Kinda silly that they do that since there is a pretty easy work around, but WHY DO THAT?!?!

GBthe website was visually buggy the website was visually buggy. I had to use dev tools to view the collections. I was super pleased with the fulfillment process and think the products are stunning. I just hate to see a company with everything else going for them getting held back by a buggy website.
