GBVase is included but the person receiving the flowers has to put them in it themselves… I wish the flowers would’ve come in the vase already, not the vase wrapped on the side. Also the formatting of the note was horrendous. They’re certainly not cheap, so I’m unsure if I’d order from them again for those two reasons.

GBThe box says "Emotional Content" I'm the Valentine's Day flower recipient. Really beautiful flowers. Fake tracking. It would have been less torturous if they'd just said "we don't track." End result was a painful, worry filled day for the sender, something I am only gleaning since the sender didn't want to inflict it on me. Worry by evening led him to share the 6 digit "tracking" number they'd given him. He believed it was real. He believed it corresponded to something taking place in reality. At first, I did too. But when I looked it up all I saw was 2-13-24 "scheduled" (marked complete) 2-14-24 "out for delivery" (marked complete) and 2-15-24 "delivered" marked complete, even though it was still Valentine's Day. Fake tracking. The New York Times on my doorstep has more accountability. The tracking is nothing but HTML. It is a Potemkin Village of tracking. By the way, when I clicked on the tracking link it immediately dumped me onto the page that has the receipt for the cost of the flowers. Classy. There is one bit of advertising that's true about these flowers. The box they came in said pithily "Emotional Content." And it was indeed: a bouquet of hope, of worry, of disappointment, sadness, anger, contrition, relief and a little bit of shame.
