Talia and the shop administrator demonstrated a superior level of customer service from the very start. A novice in terms of flower knowledge, I appreciated their communication and expertise. The Ciel Bleu arrangement left the recipient speechless. It was expertly packaged and delivered with care. Maison La Fleur has earned all of my flower-gifting business, in perpetuity. GBThe flowers were beautiful The flowers were beautiful. The red roses in particular were very fresh. The purple roses died all at once several days earlier than the red ones.

GBWebsite photos are not real… Website photos are not real representation of their work! My husband ordered a $234 arrangement that stated Hydrangeas, Premium Roses, and Peonies. What we got were 2 roses and 1 peony. Instead our arrangement had 8 carnations and a bunch of cheap filler flowers. Nothing that was depicted on their website photo or description. Actually, they do state that the florists can swap flowers if unavailable for equivalent or higher price. They surely did not follow their own policy and scammed us. After the second day the flowers started dying. Actually, 2 of the 3 hydrangeas dried up to a crisp! Upon further inspection you can see these flowers were cut to stubs and shoved into foam. How could they ever survive?! This is a very amateur thing to do and so do not have experienced florists. Don't waste you money, this place is an Instagram gimmick.
