I contacted Rocky Mountain Flag Company and they were more than willing to remedy the situation. Not only did they recommend to me kites that are age appropriate for my nephew, they also sent it free of charge. I would definitely recommend this company.

GBBears Country Flags We had ordered two of the Bears Country flags but you only had one in the store. We received an email from Shelley Yost explaining the copy isn’t manufacturing these any more and would we like the one sent and a refund for the second one. We’ve already received both the flag & refund. Fantastic customer service!!
