IEIt’s a tricky one It’s a tricky one - I bought a tree out of season but was told it would be delivered in the spring when it could be planted. After seeing an email from them about tree planting season nearly being over I emailed them to follow up on my order. They responded saying they would send it out with tracking info. I just don’t feel I should have had to remind them.

GBGreat prices Great prices, easy to navigate website. Even when I pay shipping the total cost is still much less than other companies, especially the big box stores.

GBSticks with minimal roots. The quality of the first items I purchased were of poor quality. I had to wait till April for replacement and cannot get a refund. Don’t expect next shipment to be any better.

GBA large majority of the bare roots… A large majority of yhe bare roots rec'd didn't have much of any roots but I planted anyway. Not to my surprise, they didn't come up. When conta cting them with photos of nothing coming up, no curtomer service; just a credit. The planting i nformation included with my order wasn't much help. The bare roots shown looked nothing like the bare roots I rec'd. I'm giving them another try only because I'vve rec'd no word back on receiving a refund back to my credit card. Contacted again showing pics of no ferns emerging and have heard nothing. Terrible customer service!
