Ordered 50 roses for my wife for… Ordered 50 roses for my wife for Valentine's Day. Flowers arrived a day early. Nearly half dead or smashed in shipment. What's worse, no response from customer service despite several attempts to contact.

THE ROSES WERE EXQUISITE BUT….the… THE ROSES WERE EXQUISITE BUT….the delivery was beyond delayed and confusing. I was charged for insurance I didn’t even ask for, and when requesting a refund, the entire delivery was refunded minus the discount then recharged again for the roses after being told the order was completely cancelled! But the roses were PERFECT!

I am extremely happy I am a customer… I am extremely happy I am a customer that has been purchasing your roses and you meet my expectations every time I do not like that I can not call and talk to someone on the phone but hopefully it will change! I was about nervous at first when the… I was about nervous at first when the roses arrived a day late due to inclement weather. They looked a bit dehydrated and wilted at first but once they arrived and I tended to them a bit they revived and were amazing!
