GBOrdered 50 roses for my wife for⦠Ordered 50 roses for my wife for Valentine's Day. Flowers arrived a day early. Nearly half dead or smashed in shipment. What's worse, no response from customer service despite several attempts to contact.

GBTHE ROSES WERE EXQUISITE BUTā¦.the⦠THE ROSES WERE EXQUISITE BUTā¦.the delivery was beyond delayed and confusing. I was charged for insurance I didnāt even ask for, and when requesting a refund, the entire delivery was refunded minus the discount then recharged again for the roses after being told the order was completely cancelled! But the roses were PERFECT!

GBTotal messup on an expensive order Ordered Jan. 27th for Valentines Day. Picked Rosaholics because they provided me a way to give a explicit day for delivery because I knew I would be at the dstination. They sent them out two days earlier when I would not be at the delivery destination. There was no way to get anyone on the phone and on my reaching out to them with my concerns, they kept sending me emails that were irrelevant to those concerns.

GBNever ordering from here again.. I ordered three dozen flowers for my wife for Valentineās Day paid the insurance. Itās the ending of February now havenāt receive the flowers at all contacted customer service regarding the order and that I will like to receive a refund. I did pay the insurance and they told me that I donāt qualify for the refund. Whatās the purpose of insurance if the company wonāt honor it? I shouldnāt pay for something I never received. Terrible customer service I should at least get my money back. This is terrible..
