I was skeptical about ordering roses online but the process was great, they updated me about shipping, the roses showed up exactly when they said they would and 2 weeks later after arrival, she’s still enjoying them!

GBAbsolutely stunning roses 🥀 Absolutely stunning roses 🥀. Have never seen larger more full blooms than these. I buy for my wife on occasions and “just because”. They arrive well packaged and fully recover from shipping in just a few hours when trimmed and watered immediately. I will be purchasing them often.

GBI want my money back.. I want my money back... Order #101138 Ordered Roses on Mar 24 to be delivered on Mar 29, delayed because coming from out of country, weather and stuck at customs. I requested a refund on the 29th and that is the last I heard from Paula at customer service when I told her the delay was reasonable as they should have been shipped from in country and there was nothing stating they would be sourced out of country and a Sat Mar 30th delivery was not acceptable. Still she said they would be delivered on the 30th when the business was closed. Now Apr 10 still not delivered. Saying wrong address but I have confirmed the address with the recipient.. Still can not get a response from customer service after several emails.
