GBI want my money back.. I want my money back... Order #101138 Ordered Roses on Mar 24 to be delivered on Mar 29, delayed because coming from out of country, weather and stuck at customs. I requested a refund on the 29th and that is the last I heard from Paula at customer service when I told her the delay was reasonable as they should have been shipped from in country and there was nothing stating they would be sourced out of country and a Sat Mar 30th delivery was not acceptable. Still she said they would be delivered on the 30th when the business was closed. Now Apr 10 still not delivered. Saying wrong address but I have confirmed the address with the recipient.. Still can not get a response from customer service after several emails. GBThe Black and Blue Roses were… The Black and Blue Roses were fantastic. My girlfriend was completely surprised. I wish the roses had more fragrance, but the colors must have something to do with that. Anyway, I will be trying other color options in the future just to surprise her. I would definitely recommend Rosaholics.

GBNever ordering from here again.. I ordered three dozen flowers for my wife for Valentine’s Day paid the insurance. It’s the ending of February now haven’t receive the flowers at all contacted customer service regarding the order and that I will like to receive a refund. I did pay the insurance and they told me that I don’t qualify for the refund. What’s the purpose of insurance if the company won’t honor it? I shouldn’t pay for something I never received. Terrible customer service I should at least get my money back. This is terrible..

GBDo not order roses here I canceled my order of yellow long stem roses after reading several reviews about poor quality upon delivery. Despite the shipment being two weeks out, the company charged a 20% cancellation fee and dismissed concerns by blaming delivery issues on incorrect addresses. I wouldn’t recommend this service due to their lack of transparency and poor customer handling.
