GBI will never order from them again... I ordered two dozen roses to be delivered. The delivery was delayed and the flowers arrived moldy, broken and limp. They are shipped in now water or protective wrapping besides paper in the cardboard box and blamed the shipping company for the damage to the flowers. They were beyond repair. The company took over 72 hours to reply and then stated they wanted me to put them in water and send pics of how they looked 2 days later. It is a joke - customer service was terrible and product was poorly packaged for shipping.

GBTHE ROSES WERE EXQUISITE BUT….the… THE ROSES WERE EXQUISITE BUT….the delivery was beyond delayed and confusing. I was charged for insurance I didn’t even ask for, and when requesting a refund, the entire delivery was refunded minus the discount then recharged again for the roses after being told the order was completely cancelled! But the roses were PERFECT!

GBI want my money back.. I want my money back... Order #101138 Ordered Roses on Mar 24 to be delivered on Mar 29, delayed because coming from out of country, weather and stuck at customs. I requested a refund on the 29th and that is the last I heard from Paula at customer service when I told her the delay was reasonable as they should have been shipped from in country and there was nothing stating they would be sourced out of country and a Sat Mar 30th delivery was not acceptable. Still she said they would be delivered on the 30th when the business was closed. Now Apr 10 still not delivered. Saying wrong address but I have confirmed the address with the recipient.. Still can not get a response from customer service after several emails. GBWanted to get my GF black roses before… Wanted to get my GF black roses before our planned Halloween trip, there wasn’t much time. I was skeptical about ordering roses online but the process was great, they updated me about shipping, the roses showed up exactly when they said they would and 2 weeks later after arrival, she’s still enjoying them!

GBI was about nervous at first when the… I was about nervous at first when the roses arrived a day late due to inclement weather. They looked a bit dehydrated and wilted at first but once they arrived and I tended to them a bit they revived and were amazing!
