GBDon’t purchase insurance it’s a ripoff Purchased rose to be delivered on February 13th for Valentine’s Day. It is now February 23rd and still have not recorded order. PURCHASED THE INSURANCE and there best offer for non delivery on a occasion, was to either redeliver flowers of half my money back with other half on gift card. So I purchased insurance didn’t get flowers when I was supposed to and now can’t get all my money back…

GBOrdered 50 roses for my wife for… Ordered 50 roses for my wife for Valentine's Day. Flowers arrived a day early. Nearly half dead or smashed in shipment. What's worse, no response from customer service despite several attempts to contact.

GBDo not order roses here I canceled my order of yellow long stem roses after reading several reviews about poor quality upon delivery. Despite the shipment being two weeks out, the company charged a 20% cancellation fee and dismissed concerns by blaming delivery issues on incorrect addresses. I wouldn’t recommend this service due to their lack of transparency and poor customer handling.
