I requested a refund on the 29th and that is the last I heard from Paula at customer service when I told her the delay was reasonable as they should have been shipped from in country and there was nothing stating they would be sourced out of country and a Sat Mar 30th delivery was not acceptable. Still she said they would be delivered on the 30th when the business was closed. Now Apr 10 still not delivered. Saying wrong address but I have confirmed the address with the recipient.. Still can not get a response from customer service after several emails. Total messup on an expensive order Ordered Jan. 27th for Valentines Day. Picked Rosaholics because they provided me a way to give a explicit day for delivery because I knew I would be at the dstination. They sent them out two days earlier when I would not be at the delivery destination. There was no way to get anyone on the phone and on my reaching out to them with my concerns, they kept sending me emails that were irrelevant to those concerns.

I was skeptical about ordering roses online but the process was great, they updated me about shipping, the roses showed up exactly when they said they would and 2 weeks later after arrival, she’s still enjoying them!

I was charged for insurance I didn’t even ask for, and when requesting a refund, the entire delivery was refunded minus the discount then recharged again for the roses after being told the order was completely cancelled! But the roses were PERFECT!
