I was skeptical about ordering roses online but the process was great, they updated me about shipping, the roses showed up exactly when they said they would and 2 weeks later after arrival, she’s still enjoying them!

Highly recommend! I just wanted to let you know that the roses that we received were the most beautiful roses ever! They came a day earlier than expected! The event we needed them for was amazing all because of these roses!! Thank you so very much for your professionalism and your means of getting back to me and answering all of my questions! Don’t purchase insurance it’s a ripoff Purchased rose to be delivered on February 13th for Valentine’s Day. It is now February 23rd and still have not recorded order. PURCHASED THE INSURANCE and there best offer for non delivery on a occasion, was to either redeliver flowers of half my money back with other half on gift card. So I purchased insurance didn’t get flowers when I was supposed to and now can’t get all my money back…

I will never order from them again... I ordered two dozen roses to be delivered. The delivery was delayed and the flowers arrived moldy, broken and limp. They are shipped in now water or protective wrapping besides paper in the cardboard box and blamed the shipping company for the damage to the flowers. They were beyond repair. The company took over 72 hours to reply and then stated they wanted me to put them in water and send pics of how they looked 2 days later. It is a joke - customer service was terrible and product was poorly packaged for shipping.

Do not order roses here I canceled my order of yellow long stem roses after reading several reviews about poor quality upon delivery. Despite the shipment being two weeks out, the company charged a 20% cancellation fee and dismissed concerns by blaming delivery issues on incorrect addresses. I wouldn’t recommend this service due to their lack of transparency and poor customer handling.
