Ordered 50 roses for my wife for… Ordered 50 roses for my wife for Valentine's Day. Flowers arrived a day early. Nearly half dead or smashed in shipment. What's worse, no response from customer service despite several attempts to contact.

overpriced for flimsy dead roses my boyfriend ordered 12 dozen roses , pink with black petals lining, 300 petals, and a "luxury" bouquet wrap. first the packaging was awful, the flowers were extremely flimsy and not a single one could stand straight and all the petals were falling off. the 300 flower petals were not included and we never received them. this was also supposed to be a surprise as he said he scheduled them to be delivered February 11th for valentines day, and they got here two weeks early, real bummer. the bouquet wrap was just painted cardboard and you could not tell what it was at first glance. overall not a good experience and very disappointing.

Despite the shipment being two weeks out, the company charged a 20% cancellation fee and dismissed concerns by blaming delivery issues on incorrect addresses. I wouldn’t recommend this service due to their lack of transparency and poor customer handling.
