4 year old satisfied customer until... ORDER #102162 When I tell you I've been a customer for almost 4 years, I have never had an major issue, and when I did they corrected it. I'm not sure if they're under new management or something, but I placed an ordered. Filled out all the information as usual. I typed in the address and the actual business popped up. I clicked it. Unfortunately their system doesn't gather the actual address, just the business name city and state etc.. The order is shipped and never makes it to the destination. This isn't my fault at all. I request to have the order re-shipped, nothing extra. They give me this excuse about me nothing purchasing insurance offered. Mind you it was no insurance offered. They never resolve the error and just sends me a 30% refund. I feel so ripped off. Customer service has never been this cold. They dont even respond to emails after I sent proof their isn't insurance offered. I'm so disappointed that my favorite site has went out sad like this. This is a warning, if anything goes wrong, they're not accountable anymore. You will be ripped off. I was an 4 year old frequent customer.. Heart is broken...

Highly recommend! I just wanted to let you know that the roses that we received were the most beautiful roses ever! They came a day earlier than expected! The event we needed them for was amazing all because of these roses!! Thank you so very much for your professionalism and your means of getting back to me and answering all of my questions! The Black and Blue Roses were… The Black and Blue Roses were fantastic. My girlfriend was completely surprised. I wish the roses had more fragrance, but the colors must have something to do with that. Anyway, I will be trying other color options in the future just to surprise her. I would definitely recommend Rosaholics.

I was about nervous at first when the… I was about nervous at first when the roses arrived a day late due to inclement weather. They looked a bit dehydrated and wilted at first but once they arrived and I tended to them a bit they revived and were amazing!
