Highly recommend! I just wanted to let you know that the roses that we received were the most beautiful roses ever! They came a day earlier than expected! The event we needed them for was amazing all because of these roses!! Thank you so very much for your professionalism and your means of getting back to me and answering all of my questions! Incredible customer service! šŸ™ŒšŸ»šŸ˜Š Please see pictures! I made keepsake glass boxes out of them to create a forever rose look and each guest took them home! Incredibly beautiful, All thanks to you!

Ordered 50 roses for my wife for… Ordered 50 roses for my wife for Valentine's Day. Flowers arrived a day early. Nearly half dead or smashed in shipment. What's worse, no response from customer service despite several attempts to contact.

THE ROSES WERE EXQUISITE BUT….the… THE ROSES WERE EXQUISITE BUT….the delivery was beyond delayed and confusing. I was charged for insurance I didn’t even ask for, and when requesting a refund, the entire delivery was refunded minus the discount then recharged again for the roses after being told the order was completely cancelled! But the roses were PERFECT!

Total messup on an expensive order Ordered Jan. 27th for Valentines Day. Picked Rosaholics because they provided me a way to give a explicit day for delivery because I knew I would be at the dstination. They sent them out two days earlier when I would not be at the delivery destination. There was no way to get anyone on the phone and on my reaching out to them with my concerns, they kept sending me emails that were irrelevant to those concerns.

Never ordering from here again.. I ordered three dozen flowers for my wife for Valentine’s Day paid the insurance. It’s the ending of February now haven’t receive the flowers at all contacted customer service regarding the order and that I will like to receive a refund. I did pay the insurance and they told me that I don’t qualify for the refund. What’s the purpose of insurance if the company won’t honor it? I shouldn’t pay for something I never received. Terrible customer service I should at least get my money back. This is terrible..
