Don’t purchase insurance it’s a ripoff Purchased rose to be delivered on February 13th for Valentine’s Day. It is now February 23rd and still have not recorded order. PURCHASED THE INSURANCE and there best offer for non delivery on a occasion, was to either redeliver flowers of half my money back with other half on gift card. So I purchased insurance didn’t get flowers when I was supposed to and now can’t get all my money back…

Total messup on an expensive order Ordered Jan. 27th for Valentines Day. Picked Rosaholics because they provided me a way to give a explicit day for delivery because I knew I would be at the dstination. They sent them out two days earlier when I would not be at the delivery destination. There was no way to get anyone on the phone and on my reaching out to them with my concerns, they kept sending me emails that were irrelevant to those concerns.

I requested a refund on the 29th and that is the last I heard from Paula at customer service when I told her the delay was reasonable as they should have been shipped from in country and there was nothing stating they would be sourced out of country and a Sat Mar 30th delivery was not acceptable. Still she said they would be delivered on the 30th when the business was closed. Now Apr 10 still not delivered. Saying wrong address but I have confirmed the address with the recipient.. Still can not get a response from customer service after several emails.
