GBoverpriced for flimsy dead roses my boyfriend ordered 12 dozen roses , pink with black petals lining, 300 petals, and a "luxury" bouquet wrap. first the packaging was awful, the flowers were extremely flimsy and not a single one could stand straight and all the petals were falling off. the 300 flower petals were not included and we never received them. this was also supposed to be a surprise as he said he scheduled them to be delivered February 11th for valentines day, and they got here two weeks early, real bummer. the bouquet wrap was just painted cardboard and you could not tell what it was at first glance. overall not a good experience and very disappointing.

GBI want my money back.. I want my money back... Order #101138 Ordered Roses on Mar 24 to be delivered on Mar 29, delayed because coming from out of country, weather and stuck at customs. I requested a refund on the 29th and that is the last I heard from Paula at customer service when I told her the delay was reasonable as they should have been shipped from in country and there was nothing stating they would be sourced out of country and a Sat Mar 30th delivery was not acceptable. Still she said they would be delivered on the 30th when the business was closed. Now Apr 10 still not delivered. Saying wrong address but I have confirmed the address with the recipient.. Still can not get a response from customer service after several emails. GB4 year old satisfied customer until... ORDER #102162 When I tell you I've been a customer for almost 4 years, I have never had an major issue, and when I did they corrected it. I'm not sure if they're under new management or something, but I placed an ordered. Filled out all the information as usual. I typed in the address and the actual business popped up. I clicked it. Unfortunately their system doesn't gather the actual address, just the business name city and state etc.. The order is shipped and never makes it to the destination. This isn't my fault at all. I request to have the order re-shipped, nothing extra. They give me this excuse about me nothing purchasing insurance offered. Mind you it was no insurance offered. They never resolve the error and just sends me a 30% refund. I feel so ripped off. Customer service has never been this cold. They dont even respond to emails after I sent proof their isn't insurance offered. I'm so disappointed that my favorite site has went out sad like this. This is a warning, if anything goes wrong, they're not accountable anymore. You will be ripped off. I was an 4 year old frequent customer.. Heart is broken...
