GBTHE ROSES WERE EXQUISITE BUT….the… THE ROSES WERE EXQUISITE BUT….the delivery was beyond delayed and confusing. I was charged for insurance I didn’t even ask for, and when requesting a refund, the entire delivery was refunded minus the discount then recharged again for the roses after being told the order was completely cancelled! But the roses were PERFECT!

GBI will never order from them again... I ordered two dozen roses to be delivered. The delivery was delayed and the flowers arrived moldy, broken and limp. They are shipped in now water or protective wrapping besides paper in the cardboard box and blamed the shipping company for the damage to the flowers. They were beyond repair. The company took over 72 hours to reply and then stated they wanted me to put them in water and send pics of how they looked 2 days later. It is a joke - customer service was terrible and product was poorly packaged for shipping.

GBNever ordering from here again.. I ordered three dozen flowers for my wife for Valentine’s Day paid the insurance. It’s the ending of February now haven’t receive the flowers at all contacted customer service regarding the order and that I will like to receive a refund. I did pay the insurance and they told me that I don’t qualify for the refund. What’s the purpose of insurance if the company won’t honor it? I shouldn’t pay for something I never received. Terrible customer service I should at least get my money back. This is terrible..

GB4 year old satisfied customer until... ORDER #102162 When I tell you I've been a customer for almost 4 years, I have never had an major issue, and when I did they corrected it. I'm not sure if they're under new management or something, but I placed an ordered. Filled out all the information as usual. I typed in the address and the actual business popped up. I clicked it. Unfortunately their system doesn't gather the actual address, just the business name city and state etc.. The order is shipped and never makes it to the destination. This isn't my fault at all. I request to have the order re-shipped, nothing extra. They give me this excuse about me nothing purchasing insurance offered. Mind you it was no insurance offered. They never resolve the error and just sends me a 30% refund. I feel so ripped off. Customer service has never been this cold. They dont even respond to emails after I sent proof their isn't insurance offered. I'm so disappointed that my favorite site has went out sad like this. This is a warning, if anything goes wrong, they're not accountable anymore. You will be ripped off. I was an 4 year old frequent customer.. Heart is broken...
