Total messup on an expensive order Ordered Jan. 27th for Valentines Day. Picked Rosaholics because they provided me a way to give a explicit day for delivery because I knew I would be at the dstination. They sent them out two days earlier when I would not be at the delivery destination. There was no way to get anyone on the phone and on my reaching out to them with my concerns, they kept sending me emails that were irrelevant to those concerns.

Highly recommend! I just wanted to let you know that the roses that we received were the most beautiful roses ever! They came a day earlier than expected! The event we needed them for was amazing all because of these roses!! Thank you so very much for your professionalism and your means of getting back to me and answering all of my questions! overpriced for flimsy dead roses my boyfriend ordered 12 dozen roses , pink with black petals lining, 300 petals, and a "luxury" bouquet wrap. first the packaging was awful, the flowers were extremely flimsy and not a single one could stand straight and all the petals were falling off. the 300 flower petals were not included and we never received them. this was also supposed to be a surprise as he said he scheduled them to be delivered February 11th for valentines day, and they got here two weeks early, real bummer. the bouquet wrap was just painted cardboard and you could not tell what it was at first glance. overall not a good experience and very disappointing.

I wish there was a 0 star review I wish there was a 0 star review! Flowers were schedualed for Valentines day delivery 3 weeks in advance. The carrier attempted delivery 5 days early to a buisness on Saturday that wasnt open. The carrier re delivered on Monday, wich ruined the surprise for the recipient. To our dissapointment, the flowers came in awful condition.. Wilted and discolored. I reached out to customer service about the dissapointing delivery, suprisingly , they responded quickly with options on how to make it right.. i have contacted them about re sending the order, for 3 days now with no response.. Ive called multple times a day as well, but they arent exvepting calls.. I am very dissapointed and plan to try and get my money back through paypal.,

Wanted to get my GF black roses before… Wanted to get my GF black roses before our planned Halloween trip, there wasn’t much time. I was skeptical about ordering roses online but the process was great, they updated me about shipping, the roses showed up exactly when they said they would and 2 weeks later after arrival, she’s still enjoying them!
