CRImprovement recommended I would wish to receive within a few hours of having placed the order the sales order for review and reconfirmation to see that all products I ordered are actually available to ship. Also to make some adjustments, if needed. Not happy that we cannot get the sales order or the invoice in excel format, as we have to convert mostly manually your invoice into excel for preparing our import documents and excel base to include the purchase into our system. All of our other US and EU suppliers do this. I also wish to have more insight into when a product is not available today, and when it will become available again. That would help to take good buying decisions.
