Elspeth and Gavin We have recently had our new build garden landscaped by GM Land and we are really delighted with the result. Gavin took our fairly detailed layout plan, spent time understanding what we were hoping to achieve and based on his experience suggested some practical ideas for improvement. Gavin and his team were totally professional, friendly, hard-working and tidy. They turned up when they said they would, provided regular updates on the work and had a fantastic work ethic even during some rotten weather conditions. When the odd minor issue did arise, Gavin clearly explained the problem and discussed the pros and cons of possible solutions before going on to resolve them. We would not hesitate to approach GM Land again and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for all your hard work. The end result is even better than our original plan.

New landscaping Comiston, Edinburgh Gavin's team started work on agreed date and maintained excellent time keeping throughout the construction of the garden. The project was primarily hard landscaping, namely a new patio, rendered retaining and feature walls and decking utilising modern materials, as well as grading and turfing. The team followed the desired design plans and discussed and suggested details to enhance the final design. Overall the standard of workmanship is excellent and the team were courteous and a pleasure to deal with.
