I’d like to send a later review, once I’ve set up my pond and the solar pump I purchased, but I’m so happy to give this review now as I believe that My Natural Pond is an authentically excellent company. Easy to reach the owner on the phone. (How often does THAT happen?!!!)... I had a twenty minute convo with him re: my questions about the solar pump and pond installation. Very kind, patient, knowledgeable, honest and MNP seems to be a company that will stand behind the product they sell, but also to stand with their customers regarding their experience- ensuring that its the best experience possible! That’s the kind of company I want to give my money to! The pump was shipped and arrived within a week of my order. I’m so excited to get started!

Still waiting for the product to complete its cycle of killing off the algae, but am very hopeful of a huge success story.

I recently had our pond remodeled… I recently had our pond remodeled because we were told it was to deep and supposedly not ecco friendly by my our local pond contractor. That apparently was not so and when we introduced our 27 Koi fish back into the newly remodeled pond they died after a few days. So much changed the level of benificial bacteria was absent. The amount of gallons of water had changed to less and overdosing of chemicals had been introduced to the pond. Water happened after that the pond had become overwhelmed with algae rotting plants what a mess. I called My Natural Pond after watching there videos and what do you know Ron answered the phone I was shocked. I expalined the situation he offered his advice I applied the aquaplancton and it is looking very promising we can't wait for the product to fully do it's magic. This Kiwi thanks you Ron...CHEERS!!!!
