Pergola from Rase Outdoor… Ordered our Pergola from Rase Outdoor Living at the end of last year. Dealt with Clive throughout and yesterday was delivery and installation day. The team arrived on site early in the morning. They were fully covid prepared. The team worked solidly until the job was finished. Fantastic outdoor living spaces Rase Outdoor Living installed two outdoor spaces for us, one as a stand alone Pod, and the other as a cover for our Hot Tub. The service from start to finish, from initial consultation and design, through to installation and commissioning was first class. We needed a few tweaks afterwards for small add on’s, and nothing was too much trouble. We had looked at several firms and couldn’t be more pleased that we chose Rase Outdoor Living.

A company worthy of a 5 star review A company worthy of a 5 star review. From initial browsing of options through to installation, we were well looked after by Jonathan and his team. No pushy sales, just attentive service, and the installation team were hard working, polite and took pride in their work (even wiping off fingerprints prior to showing off the completed project). We opted for a Brustor product rather than a competitor's; very pleased with the end result: a solid, aesthetically pleasing structure at a competitive price. Already enjoying sitting under it in our hot tub in December. Will get plenty more use come Spring/Summer. Thank you Rase!
