GBSurprised to be disappointed this time Peter's is my go-to florist for nearly 20 years. They're more expensive than other options but I like that they're a local independent business and their results are always show stopping. Always worth every penny, including the steep delivery fee from blocks away. Until this order. I placed an order for a tropical arrangement of white and green orchids, purple calas, and orange tropical flowers. The arrangement that arrived was white orchids, various color lillies, purple calas, and dark blue hydrangea. It was a mish mash of tropical flora and English garden. This is the first time I've been less than thrilled so I'm sure it's just a fluke. I do understand that substitutions sometimes need to be made but would have appreciated a call for such drastic changes. I will order again based on previous experiences and recommend to others.

GBFlowers were awfully small for $70 I love Peter's Flowers generally and been using them for years. I recently sent a $70 little square box to my fiance, and her reaction was that she was suprised I spent more than $30. I didn't see them, but that's obviously not the reaction I was looking for. Also very happy that you are using a service for review feedback like this, since this is feedback I wouldn't want to post publicly because I generally have good experiences with Peter's.

GBTalented in both design and customer service Each time I've used Peter's, they have created a classy, unique floral gift . Their website makes ordering easy and they include free Manhattan delivery when its utilized. When I call, they pay attention to my requests and always deliver quality. Most importantly, my wife loves receiving flowers from Peters in her office.

GBDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE My friend sent me roses and after a couple of days, the roses died. Fresh roses are meant to last for at least a week. After paying a high price for the roses, one should expect the roses to be at least fresh. My roses lasted only 2-3 days. I called the manager to reconcile the situation, but they informed me that hey have a 24 hour policy, if something is wrong. How am I suppose to know the flowers will die? They did not send any food for the flowers. The roses were extremely expensive, and the customer service is extremely rude. I will never order from this place again, or have my friends and family order from here. Please save your money, they are better flower shops, to shop from.
