Company must be hemmoraging money I've spent two months getting jerked around by the two total employees that work the support at this company. Sent me a tent with a shrunken canvas, zippers are busted, do not work. Zipperheads then snapped CLEAN IN HALF due to the zippers not functioning properly. Zipper will not seed properly and if you FORCE it to seed, it just comes undone from the bottom up. They are refusing a return, offered a replacement, and then instead of replacing the whole thing, SENT ME A SINGULAR ZIPPER-HEAD, straight up ignoring the issues I came to them with. My $740 tent and carbon filter are literally useless right now, I cannot open or close this tent, and this company - DOES. NOT. CARE. AT. ALL. They are clearly hemorrhaging money, I 100% expect to see them go out of business any day now. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, I use to fanboy about Gorilla Grow Tents. Now here I am on the verge of tears because they ACTUALLY SCAMMED ME, they really actually pulled some nigerian prince sh!t and scammed me. It's insane.

I just finished setting it up and I am very happy with everything as a whole. The quality of the cover was exactly what I was looking for. When everything is put together and the outside cover is fully zipped up, the structural stability exceeded my expectation. I am very happy with my purchase and I am looking forward to using it for the first time.

I have the 2' height extension and the while the tent itself is plenty stable, the CFM get provides added strength. This is my second CFM kit and I'm using it lower in the tent to mount sub-canopy lights. Ordering from Gorilla is easy, safe, items are well packed, and delivery flawless.

The packing wasn’t the best (plastic clips that hold the rods together during shipping were broken), but I understand that’s not GG’s fault. The customer service is top notch too. There was a sale a few days after I made my purchase of a shorty 8x4 and they honored the sale anyway and refunded the difference very quickly! I will happily buy from them again.
