GBFragrant Flowers I have had nothing but positive experiences with BloomsyBox, even when the carrier (nothing they have control over) experiences delays. The customer service has always been incredibly responsive and customer centric, provides satisfactory resolution and is very professional in their interactions. I have ordered from them 4 times and had issues twice with delayed deliveries. Each time, they have always made it right. I love the Queens Crown Roses, which are gorgeous and incredibly fragrant so if you have the chance to order do it.

GBDEAD FLOWERS RUDE SERVICE first shipment of… Received DEAD Flowers first shipment of new subscription. When I contacted the company to complain, they claimed don't want to help, and then canceled my subscription instead of helping - they put in writing they were going to make it right, but never offered any solution other than canceling. Very snarky attitude, very rude customer service. Very disappointing. It's not my fault you sent dead flowers, but yet you punish your customer. How very sad. What a sham of a company!

GB100% Satisfied with Bloomsy Deluxe! We purchased monthly gift subscriptions for our mothers to bring some cheer through what is going to be a long winter ahead. They were so delighted when they received their first boxes yesterday. The bouquets were each different but equally as beautiful. We know they will help bring some brightness during this difficult time of physical isolation.

GBEmbarrassing. Ordered a gift through Door Dash - it arrived very late and flowers were dead. Customer service was poor - kept asking for an order number when Door Dash never provided one. Finally issue was resolved by Door Dash after 10 mins on the phone getting nowhere with BloomsyBox. Will not be ordering from them again.
