Their store is always a delight to visit with its array of colors and fragrances. However, I've had mixed experiences with customer service. While some staff are incredibly helpful, others seem less interested in assisting. If they improve on this aspect, it would enhance the overall experience significantly. Still, for the quality of their blooms, I'll continue to shop here
