Classic Service with Classy Flair! MY mother-in-law grew up in NYC & she's been around the world. Needless to say, she's just about seen/heard/done it & it's fairly difficult to surprise or impress her, so my gifts to her must be truly meaningful and memorable. Big Apple has solved my conundrum with something as simple as flowers! I just pick the most elegant arrangement from their website (GREAT SELECTION) & she LOVES everything! She sent pics to the whole family this year. "NO BRAINER"!!

The were nice but arrived late I had to call to see where the plants were. The show had already started and we had customers in the booth when the plants finally arrived. Some plants didn't match and had torn leaves. The plants worked out fine but if they had all matched and been on time I would have given a higher rating.

attractive Very well desgined floral arrangement and delivered in a timely fashion. Friendly staff. On reflecrion, when I saw the bouquet, I would have liked a liitle more info about whatflowers/color scheme, as it was mucyh more high color than I had wanted and I should have been more specific.

Not Happy with your product! What can you do to correct it? I was SHOCKED! when I went to visit my boyfriend at work. I was looking hard to see where his plant was....N I found it in a corner....and was so EMBARRASSED at what I saw! The plant I ordered from you, was a small pot of "Peace" plant. At about 3" Wide by about 4" High. I paid a total of $47.91. Your advertisement/what I originally ordered, was a diffenbachia, 5"High x 6.5 Wide. You didn't have it in stock and you offered me a "Peace" plant in place of it. I Agreed, but I was not informed, that this replacement would be much smaller than what I expected and paid for. I would like you to make this right...and replace it with what I originally wanted w/a larger diffenbachia. My boyfriend is in the same building as you...228 E45th St, 3rd Floor (WSP). Please call me to let me know how you are going to help me. I appreciate any help you can offer. I am a customer who is loyal to businesses who do the right thing for their customers. Fantastic Florist for business floral arrangements! Used Big Apple for floral arrangements for our business partners in NY. Called from Dallas, TX and the staff was very pleasant and helpful on the phone. Two separate orders were placed and arrived right on time to the delight and surprise of our partners.
