Flowers Fast is unreliable I ordered a $90 bouquet for my mothers 79th birthday for delivery on 7/14/23. On the evening of 7/14/23 my mom said she never received any flowers. I reached out to Flowers Fast and received a text that they were unable to find a florist to deliver them and sent me an email (on the day of scheduled delivery). I never received an email. I’m pissed and it left my old mom with nothing on her birthday, this is totally unacceptable for a florist!

I ordered “Peaceful White Garden.” The… I ordered “Peaceful White Garden.” The picture showed a few plants arranged in a planter box. It arrived as a “Do it yourself” project. The plants were individually potted and the planter box was separate. Luckily, the recipient didn’t mind planting them, but I was mortified as I thought i was sending a complete ready to enjoy gift.

Absolutely useless Absolutely useless. I am in the UK and ordered a bouquet for a relative's birthday in the USA. The order was accepted and payment taken. Then two days before the event they e-mail to say they cannot find anyone to fulfil the order and so are cancelling it - they generously add that they are refunding the money. I've given one star because there is no option for none

We sent a plant to my mother-in-law for… We sent a plant to my mother-in-law for her birthday. She is elderly and I wanted something easy to care for, but pretty enough to brighten her day. We called her after it was delivered and she was so delighted! She loves her plant and was so happy to have something pretty to look at and care for. Her plant was delivered on the day we selected. Thank you!
