Flowers Fast is unreliable I ordered a $90 bouquet for my mothers 79th birthday for delivery on 7/14/23. On the evening of 7/14/23 my mom said she never received any flowers. I reached out to Flowers Fast and received a text that they were unable to find a florist to deliver them and sent me an email (on the day of scheduled delivery). I never received an email. I’m pissed and it left my old mom with nothing on her birthday, this is totally unacceptable for a florist!

Congrats on your new home flowers I sent a beautiful flower arrangement to a family member. It arrived the day requested. It was beautiful. She was very pleased.

Absolutely useless Absolutely useless. I am in the UK and ordered a bouquet for a relative's birthday in the USA. The order was accepted and payment taken. Then two days before the event they e-mail to say they cannot find anyone to fulfil the order and so are cancelling it - they generously add that they are refunding the money. I've given one star because there is no option for none

Flowers were delivered on tone to the… Flowers were delivered on tone to the correct address. Flowers were nothing like the ones I ordered or the container. It was nice but I was a little disappointed.
