This company doesn't care My boy ordered shoes from this company, and since we were given a date of 1st april, i called to check the status of the order and was met by a rude man on the phone, who thought i had an attitude when i was asking him to clarify something i didn't understand properly. Later he told me he didn't like my attitude when i told him he was speaking to a customer. I told him to pass the phone to someone else, if he didn't like my voice, which he didn't, asked me to keep my attitude to my self, asked if i understood english, and finally slammed the phone in my face. I have no idea as to why i had to deal with an American telephone number anyways. Doubt i will ever let my boy order from them again. They don't have any respect for their customers. I have written to the company about this phone call, and am awaiting a response.

I wrote a review on this site and a Samantha replied back saying it was probably was the 3 tables put in the wrong box and I shouldn’t have rejected it but to contact her straight away and she would sort it out .. I have now emailed 6 times to no avail, a man called Martin emailed said he would look into it and let me know the delivery date that was weeks ago never got back to me . Still don’t know when I will get my tables Avoid !!.

I bought 2 pairs of these J 4s I bought 2 pairs of these J 4s, the all black (BlackCat) & the all white (Pure Money). They arrived in about 6 weeks or so...and were well worth the wait. I cant give a better review on these shoes...they are perfect in every way. This company's customer service was fantastic...and since they were very honest that it would take quite a while to arrive to me it wasnt a problem. I will definitely buy from City Life Direct again, absolutely no complaints.
