Great customer service We have been buying seed potatoes for a few years now, as well as kitchen potatoes and other items. We love their 5 Grain Cereal. Recently placed an order including a small size of maple syrup. The bottle burst during shipping. They not only shipped a replacement immediately, they sent the large size at no charge! Great customer service.

I’m just a small home gardener I’m just a small home gardener, but I like to order seed from a variety of smaller seed producers to keep things from getting too centralized. This year I ordered my herb and bean seeds from Wood Prairie Farm, as well as a couple of bags of their organic fertilizer. Great service, high rates of germination, and I think the fertilizer was good. I didn’t grow potatoes this year, but I’m excited to try some of their seed potatoes next year.

Experimenters Special was terrific for us! We ordered the Experimenters Special, with four kinds of potatoes: Rose Finn, All Blue, Adirondack Blue and Red Norland. With about 12 starter potatoes and no prior experience as potato growers, I didn't expect a lot - but at the end of August we harvested about 100 potatoes! They are more delicious than we'd ever imagined! We're delighted! Thank you!

Don't rely on customer service response Some of their products were wonderful but 2 years in a row, I ordered same product that did not produce at all! Nothing. I tried reaching out via phone call (LVM) and email to just see if this was common or if there is anything I could have done differently. But after 2 years in a row trying to reach the company I have yet to ever receive a response. So I would say very poor customer service. I will not be a returning customer at this point.
