GBI USED to love Carrot-Top .... While I used to love Carrot-Top and used them often, recent changes in their invoicing system has created many problems that force me to invest a great deal of time in trying to resolve. They must have reduced the number of people in Customer Service also since it's impossible to get through now and I've been forced to wait 20mins or more and then am told to leave a message and no one calls you back. I'm on day 4 of trying to resolve a billing issue. Time that takes me away from my clients and their needs.

GBI could have used more updates I could have used more updates. When I reached out to check the status of the order I could only see "in production". Perhaps I missed a notice about the average turn-around time. When the flag arrived, I did not receive a delivery notice until days later. It would be great to give your customers an idea of the average turn-around time, so they can plan ahead. Also, tracking information (which I may have missed) would be really useful.
