USI could have used more updates I could have used more updates. When I reached out to check the status of the order I could only see "in production". Perhaps I missed a notice about the average turn-around time. When the flag arrived, I did not receive a delivery notice until days later. It would be great to give your customers an idea of the average turn-around time, so they can plan ahead. Also, tracking information (which I may have missed) would be really useful.
