Worst ever Missing items that were marked cancelled on packing slip. I never recieved a refund. All brussel sprout plants were infested with worms and were destroy in transit. No response to emails or phone calls. The phone number included with packing slip is disconnected. They sent out some sob story about how they were so busy that the customer service people need to help pack things however they send out at least one email a day to sell more items. 💩 I would suggest disputing charges with bank or credit card at this point.

No Customer Service… Ordered plants that were suppose to be delivered approximately Sept 27th. Sent 2 emails trying to find the status of my order but no one responds, not very good customer service. I received my order promptly, even though they had a warning or notice saying orders may be delayed d/t COVID-19 problems. What I received was even more impressive than what I expected. I had always heard you should under promise and over deliver, well they over delivered by 200%!

I love getting plants from Grow Joy I love getting plants from Grow Joy. My plants are always packed nicely without harm, they look really good when they arrive (packaging is key). I also like the fact that shipping is handled quickly. With packaging and shipping you can't go wrong => you will only get healthy plants.
